GORGEOUS SIGNS RETURN &EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gorgeous Signs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policy below.
1. RETURN POLICY
• Custom-made or personalized products (such as sandwich boards or custom text/design signs) are NOT eligible for returns, cancellations, or refunds.
• Standard production products (such as wall signs) may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be:
– unused
– undamaged
– in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

A return authorization (RMA) is required. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives:
• damaged
• defective
• incorrect
• or with visibly damaged packaging

Please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Used, damaged, or altered products
• Items not returned in original condition or packaging
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
• If you wish to exchange an item, you must first complete the return process.
• Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

5. RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and undamaged
• The product must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
This policy does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or sale items.
6. REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
• If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
