At Gorgeous Signs, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are included in product prices, so there are no additional shipping charges at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Typical processing time: 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, processing may take longer.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on destination and carrier.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

Approximately 8–17 business days from the order date.


Custom & Personalized Orders

Production times may vary. Estimated timelines will be provided during checkout or via email.

All orders undergo verification prior to shipment. If additional information is required, we will contact you by email or phone.

We primarily ship using tracked services and continuously monitor carrier performance to meet marketplace delivery standards.

 

2. SHIPPING COSTS

• Shipping is included in product pricing.

• No extra shipping fees are charged at checkout.


Expedited Shipping

If you require faster delivery, please contact us prior to ordering for availability and pricing.

⚠ In rare cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.

 

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note: tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

 

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Certain countries may have import restrictions which could delay delivery.

If shipping limitations apply to your destination, we will contact you before processing your order.

 

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

• These charges are not included in product pricing.

• Gorgeous Signs is not responsible for customs delays.

 

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, however unforeseen issues may occasionally occur.

 

6.1 Lost / Undeliverable Packages

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or returned as undeliverable:

  1. Check your tracking information

  2. Contact the carrier

  3. If unresolved, email info@gorgeoussigns.com with your order number and tracking details

We will assist with a carrier investigation and next steps.


6.2 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging or product

  2. Take clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Email info@gorgeoussigns.com within 48 hours of delivery

  4. Include your order number and photos

We will evaluate the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.


6.3 Delayed Shipments

External factors such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.

While we do our best to assist, we cannot control carrier delays once the order has shipped.
